FLAVIANO CAPRIOTTI ARCHITETTI creates architectural solutions for every scale and function across a range of sectors, including residential and hospitality design, workplace and recreational spaces, education and culture projects.
With more than twenty-five years of solid experience in creating luxury design projects, particularly for the hospitality and residential sectors, the design firm interprets the needs of our times through a style that is unencumbered by trends and vanities.
Design narrative is never arbitrary, forever tied to a place and time, where quality is not about decoration but about intelligent articulation of space, intelligent use of materials and light.
The office is based in Milan in Via Orti and has a team of talented architects as well as a network of consultants, graphic designers and design support professionals.
Led by Flaviano Capriotti and Antonio Guido Cuscianna, the team provides the key to the studio’s expressive quality and its ability to interpret and present an architectural model that is designed to be mindful of what we as humans need from our spaces.
The design studio’s major projects currently include a building for commercial use in Kuwait City, the luxury suites at the Park Hyatt Milan, residential interior design in Switzerland and a new hotel in Florence.
In addition to architectural solutions, the studio works in product design and collaborates with some of the most important brands of Italian design.
Flaviano Capriotti graduated in architecture in 1998 from the Politecnico di Milano, where he studied with prof. Ezio Manzini.
He was awarded the XVIII Compasso d’Oro Premio Progetto Giovane.
As well as architecture, interiors and product design, he also partners with major academic institutions such as Tsinghua University in Beijing, Domus Academy and Politecnico di Milano, where he presents at conferences and teaches.
Flaviano Capriotti has spent an important part of his professional journey working with Antonio Citterio & Patricia Viel, a hugely beneficial collaboration on both a professional and personal level during which he directed and coordinated projects all over the world, including the creation and development of hotel architecture for Bvlgari.
